USE OF WEBSITE.
This Terms of Use (TOS) is between AEONEX SERVICES, doing business as / otherwise known as “Ghanainfo.net”, “Ghanainfo” and “Ghana Information” (hereinafter referred to as “AEONEX” or “We” or “Our” or “the Website” or “this Website” or “This Site” ) and you, the one using this website. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old.
Use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to this Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree with this TOS, you may not use This Website or the AEONEX service(s).
We reserve the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this TOS, at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting a modification or a new agreement on the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to not use the Website and/or our services. Your continued use of the Website following a posting of a change notice and/or modification or new agreement on the Website will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.
TOURS AND/OR ACTIVITIES PURCHASE
A. Tours and activities must be booked and paid for, at least in part, 5 or more days before intended start date. Balance (if any) must be settled via the payment channel(s)/links on this website, in by deposit into our bank account (provided through email). PLEASE NOTE: Bank wire/deposit/transfer must have cleared in our account before start of tour. For bank wire/transfer/deposit to have cleared before tour/activity start date, one must have done it not less than four (4) working days prior.
B. All tour packages (apart from individual / private / custom tours) require a minimum number of five participants. If that minimum is not achieved, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and/or activity and offer an alternative tour/activity/date. If the alternative offered is not acceptable to you, you are entitled to a full refund without interest and other extraneous/third-party costs/charges.
SHOPPING CART
If you filled an online booking form on this site but failed/were unable to complete the shopping cart process, you agree that staff may complete the shopping cart order on your behalf; just as if you did it yourself. This would be done on your behalf purely to assist you get access to the product you are apparently trying to procure: per our perception.
ADVERTISING ON THIS SITE
Advertisers shall NOT publish:

REFUND POLICY
1. TOURS & ACTIVITIES: A full refund (less extraneous/third-party costs) will be offered if the minimum number expected to make the tour /activity is not attained.
2. DIGITAL GOODS: Any and/or all digital item(s) purchased on this site are non-refundable as a rule; however, at our sole discretion, we may grant full or partial refund where we find a genuine cause for such a refund to be made.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS: Fees paid in respect of any kind of subscription product are not refundable.
